How much does a growth partner cost in Jordan and the GCC?
The three costs in any growth budget, how agencies price their work, what we charge, and how to set an ad budget from the value of a customer instead of a guess.

In short
- Every growth budget has three parts: fees, ad spend and tools. Ask for them separately.
- Ad spend should be paid to Meta or Google from accounts your business owns.
- Our Growth Partnership starts from around USD 3,000 a month. Focused projects are quoted after a free Growth Diagnosis.
- Set your ad budget from what a customer is worth to you, then let results decide whether to spend more.
The three costs in any growth budget
1. Fees
What you pay the agency or partner for strategy, copy, design, campaign management, reporting and improvements. This is the cost most people compare, but it is only part of the picture.
2. Ad spend
What you pay Meta, Google or LinkedIn to show your ads. This should be paid directly to the platform, from ad accounts your business owns. If an agency asks you to pay ad spend through them, ask exactly how much of it reaches the platform.
3. Tools
Software such as a CRM, email platform, booking system or WhatsApp Business Platform. Some are free at small volumes. Others charge per user or per message.
One-off projects, such as a new website, a landing page or a company profile, sit on top of these and are usually priced separately.
How agencies price their work
Monthly retainer
A fixed fee for an agreed scope of ongoing work. It suits businesses that need steady campaigns, content and improvements. Ask what is included each month and what counts as extra.
Project fee
A fixed price for a defined piece of work, such as a website or a company profile. It suits clear, one-off needs. Ask how many rounds of changes are included.
Performance-based
The agency is paid per lead or per sale. It sounds safe, but it can push an agency towards cheap, low-quality leads, or towards claiming credit for sales that would have happened anyway. If you use it, agree in writing what counts as a qualified lead.
What we charge
We keep our pricing simple and published:
- Growth Partnership, from around USD 3,000 a month. Strategy, copy, campaigns, funnels, tracking and reporting run as one system by a senior strategist, with a team of vetted specialists.
- Focused Projects, such as a website, a funnel or a company profile, scoped and quoted on a call after your free Growth Diagnosis.
- Ad spend is separate. It is paid directly to Meta or Google, inside your own ad accounts.

What a monthly fee should include
Whoever you hire, a monthly fee should buy more than “running ads”. At a minimum, expect:
- a written plan with goals, audiences and the main offer
- ad and page copy written for your market, in Arabic and English where needed
- tracking set up before spend, so every lead is counted
- regular testing of new ads and audiences
- a report you can understand: spend, leads, cost per lead and, where possible, sales
- a named person who knows your business
How to set your ad budget
Start from what a customer is worth, not from what feels affordable. A simple way to work it out:
- Work out the average profit from one new customer.
- Decide the most you are willing to pay to win one customer.
- Estimate how many leads you need for one sale, from your own sales history.
- Multiply by the number of customers you want each month.
For example, if a customer brings USD 800 in profit and you are willing to pay up to USD 200 to win one, you can spend up to USD 200 in ads per sale. If one in five leads usually buys, each lead can cost up to USD 40. Start with a test budget, then spend more only where the numbers hold.
A bigger budget doesn’t always mean better results. For Kids Way Summer Camp, the campaign spent about USD 500 against a budget of about USD 2,100, and the camp reported more than 650 reservations. A clear offer and a fast booking process did more than extra spend would have.
Red flags when you compare quotes
- Guaranteed rankings or results. No one controls Google or Meta.
- Your ads run in the agency’s account. You should own your ad accounts, pages, pixels and data.
- Reports with only clicks and impressions. You need leads and sales.
- Long lock-in contracts with no milestones. Good partners earn the next month.
- No clear scope. If you can’t see what you get each month, you can’t judge it.
When you are not ready for a monthly partner
If your total marketing budget is still small, fees can take too much of it. In that case, fix the basics first: a clear offer, a website or page that explains it, tracking, and a fast way for customers to reach you. A one-off project or a short diagnosis is often the better first step.
